The Technical Architect role will be responsible for the technical quality of design work and adherence to standards for all regional systems. The position is based in Warrenville, IL. This role includes technical presentation, application, data, infrastructure, and network architecture expertise and a good understanding of applications systems design.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills
10 years experience in senior lead architecture and design roles
Experience should be drawn from a wide range of technology platforms
Solid grasp and practical experience in designing and implementing architecture solutions, project management and estimation skills
Supplier and internal delivery stream planning and management
Expert-level understanding in projects covering change across multiple systems and legacy integration
Strong knowledge of SAP
Strong knowledge of J2EE, Servlets, JSP (Apache), JUnit, xUnit. EJB, JMS, JMX.
Sound understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.
Strong understanding of relational databases, MS SQLServer, SAP, Oracle, including strong data modeling and design skills.
General architectural concepts as applied practically to: Applications design,
Integration design, Presentation, Application, Data, Infrastructure and Network architecture design.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business and Engineering
