Skills, Training and Experience Required. :
BS in Engineering with 8 year of product design is required.
Project Management experience with 8 years required.
Excellent 3D CAD solid modeling skills
Sheet metal design experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Previous experience with finite elements analysis (eg: Ansys) is a plus.
The qualified candidate shall be team oriented and schedule driven and must provide a sense of urgency towards projects.
Abilty to present recommendation to upper management using applicable PC software.
Abilty to demonstrate applied innovation lead brainstroming sessions choose approprite concepts refinement and provide a plan for refinement of chosen idea.
Experience working with outside vendors.
Plastic part-design experience a plus.
Lean in Everything
Participate and lead events in identifying waste and continously improving the new product development and implementation project cycle.
